Tourism in North Cyprus relies at present mostly on casino business, with 99% of visitors coming from Turkey. Visitors travelling to Cyprus at weekends obtain all-inclusive packages, with flights, transfers, accommodation and catering on the basis of using hotels’ casino facilities.

The following projects are being developed in North Cyprus at present:

• Construction of the hotel and casino in Safakoy (Bogaz district);

• Building of 550 residences in 24 months in Bogaz;

• Rent of the building of a 5-star hotel and casino in Bogaz for 39 years;

• Construction of a 5-star hotel and casino at the territory of 200 meters in Lapta.

The total volume of investment for the projects amounts to 400.000.000,00 Euros.
