The project of constructing a multifunctional centre for the seniors, 10 km from Prague’s centre, is being funded at present.

The centre will occupy an area of 27,050 square meters and will represent a 3-storeyed building with 288 rooms, surrounded from the three sides by a garden.

The housing centre for the third generation will include social and health services and leisure facilities including a library, billiard room, restaurants, cafes, health and fitness centres (with offices of physicians, hair and beauty salons).

The centre’s apartments have an area of 29 to 38.7 square meters, with the rent ranging from 20.000 Krones per month.

The total volume of investment for the project amounts to 50.000.000,00 Euros.
