Objective of the project:

Turning the castle which is situated in the picturesque mountain region of Spišský Hrhov, Levoča district, Slovakia, into a hotel of a world-class standard.

Description of the project:

The castle is a three-storeyed building in a neo-baroque architecture style, with a double-sided staircase located at the front of it. The complex includes a chapel, build in the same architecture style with a baroque tower, 32 meters tall. The castle is surrounded by a 15 Ha park, with plants imported from all over the world.

Customers:

• Individuals with considerable income, entrepreneurs from Slovakia and all over the world.

• High-ranking officials that could use the hotel for the purpose of meetings on the governmental and international levels.

The total volume of investment for the project amounts to 85.000.000,00 Euros.
